VMware/Horizon View agent stops collecting data after the Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) hosting the agent is upgraded to ver 184.108.40.206 even though all of the other agent pre-requisites are configured correctly.
Agent log msg: vmware.view.agent.VMWareViewConnectionServerAgentImpl - Cannot establish the connection. It seems configuration or network issue.
This issue has been fixed in VMware/Horizon View cartridge ver. 5.7.1
Please check the release notes of this version to understand upgrade requirements.
If for any reason it is not possible to do the upgrade then please use below workaround:
Configure FglAM service to run with a domain user credentials (preferably the same account used by VMware/Horizon View agent since this account will have all necessary privileges to access the target Connection server)
