Agentless protected machines have backup jobs that are getting stuck at some point and not progressing after it has started. This causes a backlog for all other jobs.
There are VMware tools installed and running on the ESXi virtual machines. Agents are not host non vss-aware applications and not using custom quiescing scripts. The protected virtual machines are not clones. There are no VMware snapshots that need to be committed/removed from the protected machine and there no open snapshots in the snapshot manager. There has been no loss of communication between these virtual machines and the core and no conflict between the Rapid Recovery core and the VMware host/vCenter environments. There are errors seen only in the VMware logs.
