DL 4000 Appliance tab errors after installing RUU build 99
Description

After installing the latest version of the Recovery and Update Utility (RUU) build 99 for the DL appliance, the appliance tab in AppAssure no longer loads and displays the following error:
"Dell Storage Management Web Service returned bad request error. Please review Windows application event log."
Cause

The issue specifically occurs when logging into the appliance as a domain account.
Resolution

This is a known defect in the RUU build 99. Please upgrade to the latest RUU build 103 which can be found on the AppAssure download page.
