When a user tries to view their details in the K1000 UserUI section under My Computer, they will not get any details.
Instead they will get an error message that says:
Device details were not found for IP address
This is due to the way the current page pulls the IP address from the requesting page.
This is normally because of a NAT affecting the IP address that is pulled by the browser.
This can, in some environments, lead to this page not displaying any information.
Engineering are looking at adjusting the way this page works for a future release of the K1000 in order to avoid this from occurring.
