Upgrading the K1000 from version 6.3.11339 to 6.4.119927 seemed to have broke the email functionality of the service desk. Office 365 is integrated with K1000 6.4 that worked previously in version 6.3.
When Navigating to Settings | Network Settings, the following is displayed:
The information is entered for the Login, Password and the checkbox for "Enable Service Desk POP3 Server" is checked. The SAVE button is clicked on and the server reboots. Once it finishes rebooting it is verified that Email Configuration does not show the modified settings saved as expected.
