Service desk attachment URL is not redirected to file if user is not logged in
If a user/owner wants to open an attachment from the URL (received in the email) and if the user is not logged into K1000, when the URL is clicked upon the user is prompted for login. Upon login, user is redirected to Summary page instead of the file contents.
User should be redirected to file contents instead of Summary page.
This issue is identified by issue I D K1SD-3785 and K1-18347
This issue is expected to be resolved in a future release of the K1000 Appliance.
Workaround: The user should be logged into the K1000 to avoid this issue.
