Error when Switching to Cached Mode "[Client Error: SOAPCLIENT_SEND_ERROR]" (4348450)

Receive the following error message during switching on Archive Manager cached mode:

"Work wasn't complete successfully.
[ Client Error: SOAPCLIENT_SEND_ERROR ] [ Status Code: 404 ]"

Windows authentication needs to be set on the Archive Manger web service.

Please take the following steps to resolve this problem:

1 -Disable "anonymous" authentication in IIS:

Open IIS Admin, right-click on Web Site (and/or virtual directory), select Properties | Directory Security tab | Edit | Disable "enable anonymous authentication".

2 - Edit the Web.config file located in %ProgramFiles%\ArchiveManager\ArchiveManagerWebService, as follows:

- Open the Web.config file with an editor of your choice.

-Find the following line: <authentication mode="Forms">

Change the authentication mode to Windows

Note: word "Windows" is case sensitive.

As a result this should look like this: <authentication mode="Windows">

3. Change the authentication mode to "Windows" in the Archive Manager web site.
