Error received when migrating a user mailbox:
ERROR: [4951-14-43-0000120C] Unable to migrate message: #0
Unable to export message; received an exception 0xC0000005 from GroupWise API.
Try running GWCheck on message store.
Another error, ERROR: [4997-21-147-80020009], too may be seen with a similar message.
Mailbox is corrupted in the Groupwise database.
WORKAROUND 1
Run Novells GroupWise Check (GWCheck) tool three or more times against the mailboxes being migrated to ensure that inconsistencies or instances of corruption can be fixed.
In addition to running GWCheck, consider performing the following Novell GroupWise tasks:
* Remove all users that no longer exist in Groupwise.
* Run the Novell VREPAIR tool, available from Novell, to repair any problems on NetWare volumes.
* Run the Novell Timesync tool, available from Novell, at the server console to ensure that the time on all servers across the network is consistent.
* Clear all mail queues of old mail.
WORKAROUND 2
If the GWCheck tool is unable to clear existing corruption, create a new GroupWise post office in another location and move the mailboxes having corruption problems into the new post office. This typically will clear any corruption that is not resolved by the GWCheck tool. Then, move the users back to the old post office before re-attempting migrationor migrate from the new post office to Exchange.
It can sometimes be helpful to run GWCheck multiple times, because as some errors are fixed, others are uncovered.
