Database Agent Administration dashboard views display various error messages in red regarding missing views or functions, and data such as Alarm and Connection Details do not display as expected(e.g. blank or partially render).
The main Database Dashboard may also display "There is no data to display" instead of the Overview or other out of box views.
Error noted in FMS Management log:

Compare the expected enabled Database cartridge versions under Administration | Cartridges | Cartridge Inventory. A previous version of the Oracle Cartridge modules may still be enabled along side a newer version.
Note: A reboot or restart of the FMS service or process may be required if the older cartridge(a) take too long to disable or appear to be hung(example process takes 10-15 minutes+).
