Description
Launching the Active Administrator Console produces the following error: An error occurred while attempting to connect to the AFS server.
Missing AFS service account name.

Cause
The AFS service impersonation account in the AA Server Manager is no longer configured. -
Resolution
Launch the AA Server Manager and click on the "Log On" button to the right of the Active Administrator Foundation Server Service.
Re-enter the user name in the following format: Domain\UserName
Enter the password and confirm password. Click "OK".
"Stop" and then "Start" the Active Administrator Foundation Server Service.
Re-launch the Active Administrator Console.
