Perform the following troubleshooting steps and send over the results and files to Quest Support.
- Enable Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) debug 1 (KB 41911)
- Deactivate/activate the Sybase agent
- Access the Sybase dashboard
- Wait for 5 minutes
- Turn off debug 0 (KB 41911)
- Generate a fresh Fglam bundle as well as an FMS bundle (KB 41911)
- Go to the main Database global dashboard and take a screenshot showing the summary of the system utilization for the Sybase database.
- Click the Sybase host so that it opens the Host dashboard and take a screenshot showing that the Memory usage is shown
- Is there any other Sybase agent having the same issue or it is only this particular one?
