Instant client SQL Plus flashed and disappeared when trying to launch as a standalone. -
Description
Confirmed both the oracle instant client and the oracle instant client SQL Plus component. However, when launching the sqlplus.exe from outside of Toad. The SQL Plus screen just open and disappeared.
