Owner sort doesn't work properly in some of the queues
When sorting Helpdesk tickets, in some views, the 'Unassigned' ticket owner will sometimes not be in the correct alphabetical order.
This is due to the 'Unassigned' User not being a actual user in the database, but a Null user place holder.
Unassigned tickets will be either at the top or the bottom when sorting by the owners column in the Service Desk module.
