To resolve the issue, please make sure that all Connection Broker machines are available and broker service on the can be communicated to.
Please test communication to ports 8080 (default) and 5201 on these machines.
Additionally, issue can be alleviated by the disabling Forced Broker authentication in the Secure-IT Control Panel applet on Secure-IT gateway machine.
Note: for Secure-IT setting to take effect, the Quest Secure Socket layer service must be restarted. Doing so during the day will cause users disconnection.
Defect ID TF00444584 has been assigned to the issue and currently reviewed by the development. There no ETA on fix.
