Attempting to open the Active Administrator Console, an error occurs, "An error occurred while attempting to connect to the AFS server. The SID for the user account [DomainName\ServerName] could not be resolved because the domain could not be contacted. This issue is sometimes temporary. Please try starting the Console again".
The credential being used to open the Active Administrator Console, or the credential being used to run the Active Administrator Foundation Service (AAFS) may have been removed from the Domain Admins security group. This can also occur if the account that the AFS service runs as had its password changed.
If issue persists, reboot the Active Administrator server when possible, and run the AA Configuration Wizard.
