Nightly Attachability Check Errors with, "Lock request time out period exceeded" -
Description
Nightly Attachability job fails with the following error
"There is already an open DataReader associated with this Command which must be closed first.
Lock request time out period exceeded." -
Cause
This issue is identified as a known issue a patch is provided. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
This issue is fixed in the latest cumulative patch update for AppAssure. It is recommended to be on the latest release and cumulative patch combination. These files can be downloaded from the AppAssure page at AppAssure - Download Software page.
STATUS
This issue is fixed in Rapid Recovery 6.0.1. It is a direct upgrade from AppAssure 5.4. To download the latest release of Rapid Recovery, please go to the Rapid Recovery - Download Software page. -
