Events that were once working are no longer being generated.
After installing and configuring Change Auditor, events are being generated successfully. After a period of time, some events no longer are being generated. No configuration change has taken place.
While there are a few possible causes for this type of behavior, the most likely is that one (or more) of the licenses have expired. Verify the current status of the licenses using the License Manager application located under the Dell | Change Auditor folder in the Start Menu.
Contact the License Team or the appropriate sales rep to obtain new licenses. Support is unable to provide new trial or full licenses, or extend existing trial licenses.
