The configuration manager crashes when attempting to connect to the server. Below are the error details:

Cause
Licensing component did not get installed -
Resolution
Verify if QuestLicense.dll exists in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Quest". If it does not, then a reinstall of Enterprise Reporter will be required.
Please note: If you have a Enterprise Reporter version prior to 3.0, any folder/registry paths referenced may contain the non-Quest branded path instead of ‘Quest'
