When trying to communicate with SCVMM server, vWorkspace Management console produces error "ERROR CHyperV updateVMs: Unable to connect to the VMM management Server <name or IP address>."
And in the end: "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it <name or IP address>:8100"
Quest Broker Helper service is up and running and listening on the port 9000.
Please access SCVMM machine, services and make sure that VMM Manager service is up and running. Please open SCVMM console to make sure that it can communicate with the service.
If service was down, please start it, then restart the Quest Broker Helper service after that.
