When you perform Free Busy lookup from Outlook to Notes, you see the following in Outlook and you are able to see the Free Busy results properly for the other Notes users in the list:
"The recipient's server could not be determined. Contact your administrator"
The availability shows up as a hatched white bar with the above hover-over text .
WORKAROUND 1
1- Find the Notes end-user
2- Go to Access to Your Schedule under Access & Delegation of Calendar To Do
3- Select Everyone under Who is allowed to see your schedule information
4- Select OK
WORKAROUND 2
1- Find the Notes end-user
2- Go to Access to Your Schedule under Access & Delegation of Calendar To Do
3- Verify Only these people and groups radio button is selected
4- Add notes.id used within DominoFreeBusy Connector
5- Select OK
WORKAROUND2 will cause other users to see block of time Free Busy information of the Notes user in question from Outlook.
STATUS
Enhancement request TFS434238 has been submitted to Development to add such restricted access mentioned within WORKAOUND 2 into the Known Limitation section of the Admin Guide.
