The FglAM to which a SQL PI Repository is deployed on a Windows host, has the service account switched. Either from a local account (Computer), domain account(AD) or Local System, to a different account.

As a result the SQL PI Repository does not launch and the following processes are not visible in Task Manager:
Additionally when trying to manaully start the SQL PI Repository from the command line, the following errors are reported:
The SQL PI repository is installed (Infobright) with the same user that runs the FglAM. If the user account changes that the FglAM runs under, it will not have access to the infobright directories that are owned by the former user.
