PeopleSoft SQL objects are not deployed if those are not in the PeopleSoft project (4304095)

PeopleSoft SQL objects not deployed into Production correctly. Some PeopleSoft SQL objects added into Archive set without being added to the PeopleSoft Project in archive set. Based on the log, SQL object deployed into staging database correctly. The staging database did not copy objects into Production database.

If objects are not in synch with PeopleSoft project added is there way to get notification or warn developer to add the objects to Project ? What is best way to Synch up objects into archive set.
