1. Under Administration | Agents | Agent Status
2. Stop Data Collection on the VMWare agent that has problem.
3. Deactivate the VMWare agent
4. Activate VMWare agent
5. Start Data Collection
Defect ID VFOG-8696 has been submitted to Development for a fix in a future release. Please check the release notes of latest software to determine which bug fixes have been included in this release.
