1. On the node server launch the wbemtest.exe
2. Make sure the logged in user is the same as the account used to run the ER node (or alternate credentials in the discovery)
3. Click on connect and type the following (Target server will be the machine we are failing on):
\\TargetServer\root\RSOP\Computer
4. This may cause an error.f not, click on “Query” button after you connect and type the following:
SELECT * FROM RSOP_SecuritySettingBoolean Where (KeyName = 'PasswordComplexity' OR KeyName = 'ClearTextPassword') And precedence=1
