1. Go to C:\Program Files\Dell\UCCS Analytics
2. Rigth click on DeploymentManager.exe and select "Run As Administrator"
3. Click on Tools Button
4. Click on Set Detailed Logging Button
5. Depending on where your issue is select the appropriate box (if you are not sure ask your support representative) and click Update and leave the DeploymentManager open.
6. Reproduce the issue
7. Go back to the Deployment Manager and Select Create Deployment Package and it will save it to the Desktop.
