When performing an Administrator Driven Batch Migration to Provision distribution groups, the following error may be seen in the logs:

12:00:00 ERROR: [7301-54-16-00000000] Unable to create group for DistributionListName.GWISE_PO.GWISE_DOM
12:00:00 ADFWD::CreateGroup failed
This error will occur if the 'User name' specified (in the 'Specify Active Directory Information' dialog wizard) does not have rights to create Active Directory objects in Active Directory.
Give rights to the user specified in the 'Specify Active Directory Information' dialog wizard sufficient rights to create Active Directory objects.
- Error 0x80070005 (Hexadecimal) is a Microsoft Operating System error for 'Access is Denied'
- The user specified in the 'Specify Active Directory Information' dialog wizard may have sufficient rights in the Exchange Organization, but may not in Active Directory.
- To reproduce a similar 'Access is Denied' error using Microsoft Native Tools, log into the Groupwise Migrator for Exchange as the user originally specified in the 'Specify Active Directory Information' dialog wizard that received the error. Open Active Directory Users and Computers. Attempt to create a new Group with the Group Type of 'Distribution'.
