Does GroupWise Migrator for Exchange migrate Resources?
Resources are migrated and treated as regular Mailboxes. You simply create a target mailbox, like a normal user, and change the 'targetaddress' column within the address translation (addresstranslation.csv) file to match that of the target mailbox smtp as previously discussed.
Please note that in order to migrate a Resource, the password needs to be known and entered using the password option in the CSV file. Please see additional information further below on how to do this.
To reset the password of a Resource in Groupwise:
1. Log into GroupWise as the owner of the Resource Proxy to the Resource.
2. Select File | Proxy | select the Resource and click OK.
3. Select Tools | Options | Security.
NOTE:
- If the resources do not appear in AddressTranslation.csv, create a user list CSV file for the Resources manually using other migration CSV files as a template. Verify that a "Native" column exists in the User List CSV file with a value set to "1".
