When trying to migrate a mailbox with Groupwise Migrator for Exchange you receive the following error:
ERROR: Unable to open mailbox for user 'XXX': User not found in Global Address List
This error indicates that GroupWise Migrator for Exchange was not able to locate the target Exchange mailbox using the SMTP address listed in the TargetAddress column from the user input list (CSV file).
Either the mailbox for the account does not exist on the target Exchange system, or the SMTP address for the migrating user does not exist in the target Exchange system.
The TargetAddresses in the user-list csv file must match one of the SMTP addresses on the Email Addresses tab of the target mailbox.
