When preparing for migration with Groupwise Migrator for Exchange there may be a situation where you are unable to see the Groupwise System Address book from the Groupwise client.
Some Customers have reported issues with having the GroupWise 5.5 client and the Outlook 2003 client running on the machine running the Quest Groupwise migration application.
One issue is that you are unable to view the GroupWise system Address book from the GroupWise client. This will cause problems with running the migration process.
If you see this type of behavior you should install Outlook 2000 or Outlook 2002 on the machine.
