Description
The following error is seen when attempting to download backups from the K1000 via FTP:
PORT/EPRT (Active Mode/Extended Active Mode) is not supported. Use PASV/EPSV instead of this. -
Cause
Caused by various Anti-Virus products. Known to be blocked by Kaspersky; may affect other products. -
Resolution
Ensure FTP.exe activity is not being blocked or manipulated by Anti-Virus software.
