The KACE Systems Management Appliance (SMA) Beta program is invaluable in making sure that we are shipping the highest quality product we possibly can. -
Resolution
If you are interested in participating in the Beta/Release Candidate program, please fill out the information at the bottom and email it to KACE_BETA@quest.com
If you'd like to receive a dashboard alert for future betas, you can check the Enable beta notifications from KACE option in Settings | Control Panel | General Settings
Note that there are a few prerequisites for participants:- Must be on SMA v13.2.182
- Agents must be 13.2.23
- The beta upgrade must be run on a production appliance and environment for the length of the beta program
- Upon completion of the beta, candidates must upgrade to the general availability (GA) release within 30 days
- Must allow appliance tether (port 22/SSH outbound tunnel) back to KACE for the Release Candidate Team
- Must be willing to schedule installation at a specific date and time that works for you - Phase 1 Candidates Only
