What’s new 11.0: Need Help – Embedded Videos (4266593)

Introducing "Need Help?" pane support embedded videos in version 11.0 of the KACE Systems Management Appliance.

Starting in this release, the slide-out help menu allows you to browse through any available training videos associated with the current page.

If no videos are found for the current page topic, the video option will not show available in the help pane.

Videos can be played on the help pane, in a smaller window outside of the page - picture-in-picture , or on the target Knowledge Base page that hosts the video.
