If Single Sign-On (SSO) is in use, after a Web Session has timed out (by default 1 hour), refreshing the Browser does not automatically log back in via SSO
Instead, the user will be asked to enter in username & password, as if SSO was not setup
This is being investigated under change request: K1-20377
Closing the Browser, opening it and navigate back to the KACE SMA login page, which will trigger a SSO login
The Session Timeout can be increased as well, by going to:
Settings | Control Panel | General Settings | Session Timeout
