During a patching schedule, there are multiple possible Task Status results. Alternatively, you can review the blue question mark to the right of Patch Tasks, which is available at the bottom of any patch schedule.
Though each status can have multiple root causes, this article is specifically to address a common root cause for the status error (agent disconnected).
Note: Due to the fact that there are multiple root causes to any one error, if your situation does not lead back to this specific situation, try checking the system locally to see if the Konea (Quest KACE One Agent service) was stopped unexpectedly or if the system had a network or local event.
