Here are a few steps to perform:
1. Verify that the KACE SMA appliance license is valid.
Review the Patch Download Log to verify that patches are downloaded. The log should appear "similar" to what's shown below:

If you notice an error message that references "subscription expired", please review the following article: Your patch subscription has expired. Please contact support for assistance. (146363).
2. Navigate to Security-> Patch Management-> Subscriptions. Scroll down to the Subscription section and change this to anything else temporarily. For example, if you have "All Windows in Inventory" subscribed, click Select Windows and pick a specific OS such as Windows 10 SP0x64. Click OK, then click on the Save button down at the bottom of the page.
3. Navigate to Settings-> Control Panel-> Patch Download Settings-> Click on the Run Now at the bottom of the page. The sample log shown in step 1 should be similar to what is shown in the Patch Download Log once this is complete. Once the patch download has finished, verify that the error is no longer present. Please remember to change the subscription back to what it was originally.
This should resolve the issue, but if error persists please contact support for further assistance.
