Status:
This issue is resolved in version 6.4, SP2.
Contact Support if upgrading from 6.3 or earlier, to the latest version. See the download site for the latest version.
Workaround:
Applicable to Microsoft Windows
1. On the Services console in Windows and locate the "KACE Agent" service
2. Right-click the service and click "Properties"
3. Click the "Recovery" tab which should show the following default configuration:
4. Change the service recovery settings to the ones shown below:
5. Confirm the changes by clicking the "OK" button
6. To test if the service return when stopped unexpectedly, right-click the service inside the task manager and click "End Process" and verify that it starts up again
