6.3 only: Satisfaction Survey Showing On Closed Service Desk Tickets Even Though The Field Is Hidden
Updating to appliance version 6.3 may cause the Satisfaction Survey in the Service Desk to become displayed on Closed service desk tickets even though the field is selected as Hidden in the Queue Customization page.
This issue has been identified as K1SD-3465. Satisfaction Survey showing on closed service desk tickets even though that field is hidden.
There are no workarounds for this issue at this time.
