Potential issues after upgrading to KACE SDA 4.1 SP1 -
Description
After upgrading the KACE Systems Deployment Appliance (SDA) to 4.1.1148, you may encounter one of the below issues:
- K2-6730 - On Windows 7 and higher images, the initial post-installation tasks may run before the autologon user gets logged in, which can cause problems if you are specifically trying to use the autologon user to complete a task
- K2-6710 - When including a large number of tasks, the Task Engine does not display a scroll bar in KBE or Windows
- K2-6708 - Application task command lines are changed to be entirely lowercase, causing case sensitive Application tasks to fail. Please note that the web interface still shows the correct casing, but the corresponding Task Engine XML command line entries are all lowercase.
- K2-6715 - In very rare cases, a built-in post-installation task may fail during deployment if a script run during the upgrade process did not complete successfully
