The default USMT 5.0 migration will not capture Firefox settings.
The default MigApp.xml file from the ADK points to an old mozilla Firefox location and must be fixed in USMT and then re-uploaded to the K2000.
Edit the MigApp.xml files in both the C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Assessment and Deployment Kit\User State Migration Tool\amd64 and C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Assessment and Deployment Kit\User State Migration Tool\x86 folders.
Change the line:
<condition>MigXmlHelper.DoesObjectExist("Registry","%HklmWowSoftware%\Mozilla\Mozilla Firefox *.*\bin [PathToExe]")</condition>
<condition>MigXmlHelper.DoesObjectExist("Registry","%HklmWowSoftware%\Mozilla\Mozilla Firefox 3.*\bin [PathToExe]")</condition>
After changing these files, the modified USMT needs to be uploaded into kace using media manager. A guide on how to do this can be found here: https://support.quest.com/k2000-systems-deployment-appliance/kb/123455
Fixfox settings can now be used by ticking User Data in the USMT Scan Template.

To customize the USMT Scan created from a Scan Template the following can be done:
