"An error occurred while processing your request" when trying to change ticket status to Closed from the ticket list page -
Description
When trying to close a ticket from the ticket list page by clicking on the checkbox next to it | Choose Action | Set Status To | Closed (or any other status that indicates it is closed) it instead shows the error: "An error occurred while processing your request."
Going to Settings | Logs | K1000 Log, the following error will be shown:
KBOX [info] {KTicket}: SAT_SURVEY is not a member variableArray
Followed by a very long array error.
