Description
The Privilege Manager installation fails to complete with the following error:“Installer Information
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

Cause
This may be caused by the account used to install the software. There is a known issue installing software as the built-in Domain Administrator account (DomainName\Administrator). -
Resolution
Log into the machine with a different Domain Administrator account, other than the built-in “Administrator” account, and run the installation again.
