1. Uninstall the Desktop Authority client agent from Add or Remove Programs.
8.x - ScriptLogic Desktop Authority Computer Agent
9.x - DAClientInstall_2013
10.x - Desktop Authority Computer Agent
2. Next delete the C:\ScriptLogic (8.x) or C:\Desktop Authority (9/10.x) folder as well as the C:\Windows\temp\Desktop Authority folder. Reboot the workstation and login again.
