The logon script is delayed at slCloudPubProv -
Description
There is a 30 second delay in the logon script when it is registering the slCloudPubProv COM object. -
Cause
The slCloudPubProv COM object is used for the off-network feature which allows the script to be run when a domain joined machine does not have access to the domain but has an Internet connection. This issue is a known defect originally reported in DA hotfix build version 10.0.0.442 and is also present in hotfix build 10.0.0.448.

Resolution
Workaround:
A hot-fixed SLEngine.dll file is available from Technical Support which can be applied to any environment currently running the latest hotfix build of DA (10.0.0.448).
Please Contact Support and request the hotfix to resolve this issue. The hotfix will replace the current SLEngine.dll file with an updated engine version 10.0.0.449.
Status:
This issue has been resolved in version 10.1.0.x
