Description
Cannot copy a file to C:\ using a File Operations element in KACE Desktop Authority versions 11.0.0.443 and 11.0.0.449 when the user is not a Local Administrator.
The sltrace.htm shows the following:

STATUS:
Issue resolved in KACE Desktop Authority version 11.0.0.463. Click HERE to download the current version of KACE Desktop Authority.WORKAROUND:
This workaround only applies to KACE Desktop Authority versions: 11.0.0.443 and 449.Enable UseClassicSLUser on clients in 11.0.0.443 or 11.0.0.449 will allows file operations copy to C:\- In the user's Registry, navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\DAClientSvc
- Create a DWORD32 entry named “UseClassicSLUser” with a value of "1".
- Restart the Desktop Authority Client Service.
