The Desktop Authority services now send status information to the Desktop Authority Manager service. The Desktop Authority Administrative service needs to be installed on each domain controller or replication target member server to get the replication status of the server. Since the service sends the status information, the exact file or files that need to be replicated can be quickly determined.
The Deployment Settings | Server Manager window displays a “File not synchronized” message when the contents of a file replicated from the Desktop Authority Manager | Scripts or the Desktop Authority Manager | Device Policy Master folders have been modified. Left-clicking the exclamation point will display additional information, as well as an option to view the files that were modified.
