NOTE: It is not necessary for the account used to configure the ScriptLogic Service to be a member of the Domain Admins group but the account must be a local administrator of the client machine and must also be granted the right to logon locally. In addition, it is imperative that the name (domain admins) is being resolved properly (when viewed in the local administrators group) and that it is being displayed as the actual name and not as a SID.
Ensure that the account used to configure the ScriptLogic service is a member of the local administrators group of the client machines and has the right to logon locally. To test to ensure that this account has the necessary rights and privileges, logon to a domain controller and then attempt to access the Admin$ share on one of the client machines.
Note: If all the above permission rights are met on the workstation. It could be an issue with spyware, adware, or other threats.
