After an upgrade, the Remote Management component is being upgraded every time the users login -
Description
The Desktop Authority client attempts to upgrade the Expert Assist component on every logon. The SLtrace.htm log file shows that after Desktop Authority has finished its execution, the Expert Assist component version remains the same.
This is an example of that section of the sltrace file, DA has been upgraded from version 10.2 to 11:
