Time remaining and Charge Cycle count under device inventory page is showing unavailable.

Cause
Time remaining is based on the time left on a battery charge.
The Charge Cycle Count is the number of times the battery has been drained and recharged, if the battery has never been charged then the value is unavailable.

Resolution
- For Time Remaining to show the AC adapter needs to be unplugged during the time the device is running the inventory process
- For Charge Cycle Count to show the device must be completed drained and recharged to display a number.
