The K1000 System Management Appliance has been placed in a DMZ environment and needs to be added to the domain. In the Active Directory Single Sign On section, the Join option has been clicked. After this procedure, there is no confirmation about a successful join and the results are similar when using Force Join.
Communications to Domain Controllers has not been established. TCP and UDP 88 (User and Computer Authentication - Kerberos) has not been opened between the DMZ and Production networks. For more information about TCP and UDP 88: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd772723%28v=ws.10%29.aspx
Allow communication for TCP and UDP 88 on all relevant firewalls and VLANs between the Production and DMZ networks. The Production network contains the Domain Controller(s). The K1000 System Management Appliance must be able to be authenticated by the Domain Controller through this port.
