1. Create a manual user label and assign users as ticket owners to the label. Help creating the label can be found in the Administrator Guide.
2. Select queue to add ticket owners: ** Note this process will need to be repeated for each queue**
3. Once in the desired queue;
4. This will provide a list of ticket owners from the drop down under "Owner" of a ticket. Please note that Owners have complete access to all features on the queue, including creating tickets, being the Submitter and modifying any fields.
